Is this the ugliest soap I’ve ever made? Probably.
Should I have thrown it in the bin? Maaaybe. But it has COCOA BUTTER and that’s expensive right now – no business owner is gonna throw out THAT money.
The scent is amazing. The four hours it took to rebatch this soap after it separated initially – less amazing. But 90 minutes of grating soap is not for nothing! Despite its less than stellar appearance, this soap is bubbly, creamy, feels amazing on your skin once you lather it up, and is somehow one of the nicest smelling misbehaving fragrances I keep around.
It’s worth taking a chance on.

Love this soap, it looks like chocolate and has a very nice hint of it when used. Bought it for my partner as a more masculine smelling soap but I’ve fallen in love!
